• Licensed Content Distribution: Small to mid-sized broadcasters or video-on-demand (VOD) services providing M3U playlists to their paid subscribers as a flexible way to access legally licensed content.
• Streaming Legally Free-to-Air (FTA) Channels: Public broadcasters and independent channels offering official, free M3U streams. Users can compile playlists of these authorized streams to organize them.
• Personal Media & Home Server Streaming: Users running personal media servers or custom home automation systems to generate M3U playlists of legally purchased or personally owned local media files (videos, music) and stream them.
• Live Event & Conference Streaming: Organizations using the player to broadcast live streams of conferences, meetings, or services from secure, private stream URLs to authorized members.
• Testing and Development: Software developers and streaming platform engineers using players to test video streams for compatibility, quality, and smooth playback before launch.

Utilizing our services means you admit that you fall within our legitimate user segments:

• IT/AV Professionals: Those installing the player on corporate systems, hotel TVs, or campus networks to manage officially licensed or internal content feeds.
• Hospitality & Retail Businesses: Those managing a controlled set of channels (e.g., promotional or information videos) displayed on screens via pre-set lists under their own copyright permissions.
• Media Enthusiasts/Technologists: Those seeking a customizable, single interface to organize all authorized streaming sources, including free public streams and local media server content.
• Small Content Creators/Niche Broadcasters: Those providing playlists to their paying customers as the mechanism for accessing their exclusive, licensed content.
• Expatriates/Global Citizens (Limited Use): Those combining legal streams of their home country's public broadcasters with a legally acquired premium subscription (if offered as a playlist) to consolidate their viewing experience.

• The website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. We make no warranties regarding quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, or accuracy.
• To the extent permitted by law, HawkPlayer will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or applications.
• There is no warranty that the functionality will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server is free from harmful components.

Private Home Viewing Only: Services are provided for your private, non-commercial use in your home only. Services must not be used or viewed in public spaces or commercial establishments without proper rights.

VPN or Proxy usage: The use of VPNs or proxy servers is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of device activation.

Compatibility and Internet: Access to services requires devices meeting our system and compatibility prerequisites. Users are responsible for their own internet service and data usage.

Rates and Prices: Payments are due immediately, non-refundable, and must comply with terms even if services are suspended, terminated, or transferred.

All Sales Are Final: We offer a 7-day testing period before purchase, but do not provide refunds for any issues arising post-purchase, including device malfunction or internet connectivity issues. Review your orders carefully as all sales are final.
